ABOUT THE EVENT
Drone Safety Day presented by Acosta Tech, the Federal Aviation Administration Safety Team (FAAST) and sponsored by the Municipal Administration of Barceloneta, Puerto Rico on April 27, 2024 from 9:00am.
This event will be held as an annual campaign designed to educate drone users about the importance of flying in airspace safely, provide lectures, inspire with fun drone activities, connect a community of enthusiastic pilots and others. Educate on the use of drones, guide on drone registration and the TRUST exam for recreational use and inspire pilots to pass the exam to achieve their 14 CFR Part 107 Certification for commercial use. Additionally, an ideal environment to share, enjoy and bring your drone; we will have a designated area for drone flight.
